The surface bullnose is made from field tile that is cut, ground and reglazed.
Usage and Installation
Stone One is suitable for residential and commercial applications.
Most Italian manufacturers recommend a maximum offset of 8” (20cm) on all large format tiles when setting a running bond. Please refer to ANSI requirements for setting large format tiles, ANSI A 108.2 Section 4.3.8. Using a leveling system can improve the installation of this product.To attain the proper mix of graphics and color it is important to pull from multiple boxes during installation, rotate pieces, and note the placement of the different images to get the proper final blend. Stone One is suitable for residential and commercial applications.
Textured Finish
The Textured, R11, finish is suitable for most exterior paving applications including patios, pool decks, walkways, terraces, steps, and even most slopes. Of course, final suitability always comes down to the specific circumstances of the project, and proper cleaning and maintenance is required to maintain the slip resistance of any surface. A seamless flow from interior to exterior spaces can be created by using the natural finish inside and the textured finish outside.
